Privacy Policy

Bataboom! (“the app”) does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal data. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising.
What stays on your devices
- Gameplay data (scores, settings, unlocked items) is stored on your Apple Watch. A copy goes to the Bataboom! app on your own paired iPhone through Apple’s WatchConnectivity. It never reaches us.
- Motion sensors are read only while a game screen is open, to detect swings. Motion data is processed on the watch and is not saved or sent anywhere.
Apple services you control
- iCloud: your progress (scores and unlocked items) is backed up in your own iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud key-value storage, so it comes back if you reinstall the app or get a new watch. We cannot access it.
- Apple Health: if you allow it, the app saves your play sessions as Baseball workouts (with active energy) in Apple Health. It reads no health data. You can turn this off in the app’s Settings or in the Health app.
- Game Center: if you are signed in, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple’s Game Center under Apple’s privacy policy. The app works fully without Game Center.
This website
- No cookies, no analytics, no ads and no third-party requests: the fonts, images and video are served from this site.
- If you pick a language from the menu, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage on your device, so the site opens in that language next time. It is never sent to us.
- The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address for security, under the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Children
The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
