Bataboom! is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard App Store EULA). These terms add a few points specific to Bataboom!. If they conflict, the Apple EULA applies.

Play safely

• Bataboom! is played by swinging your arms. Before you swing, clear the space around you, keep people, pets and breakables out of reach, and tighten your watch band.
• You are responsible for where and how you play. Do not play while walking, driving or anywhere a swing could hurt someone.
• Take a break if your arms, wrists or shoulders hurt.

A game, not a measuring tool

• Distances, exit velocities and swing speeds are fun estimates from the motion of your watch, not measurements.
• Workouts saved to Apple Health use Apple’s estimates and are for your information only. Bataboom! gives no health or training advice.

Purchase

• Bataboom! is a one-time purchase on the App Store. There are no ads and no in-app purchases; every item in the Locker Room is earned by playing.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Game Center and your data

Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple’s Game Center under Apple’s terms. Bataboom! collects no data; see the Privacy Policy.

No affiliation

Bataboom! is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any baseball league, team or player. Apple, Apple Watch, iPhone, iCloud, Game Center and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
