Moving at the finish
Your hand and body move right after the shot, which usually means you started moving before contact too.
Common causes
- Standing up to watch the ball
- Tension in the shoulder
How to fix it
- Stay down until the ball stops
- Hold the finish for a full second
- Keep your head still until you hear the balls hit
